This Accessibility Policy covers the JENOA Limited\u2019s aims and approach to accessibility, the core functions a user of the JENOA Website should be able to perform and what JENOA Limited and JENOA Risk Services Limited (together, the \u201cCompany\u201d) is doing in practice to improve the accessibility of the JENOA Website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Introduction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Company recognises that many different forms of disability affect access to the JENOA Website.  A proactive approach to improving the JENOA Website and the services offered via the JENOA Website has been adopted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Company aims for the JENOA Website to meet the needs of disabled users and offer accessible information and services.  JENOA Limited endeavours to move towards compliance with the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 1.0 AA standard .  JENOA Limited seeks to provide a good experience for users of the JENOA Website with special needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Approach<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Company\u2019s approach to accessibility is to attempt to make the JENOA Website and services easy to use and understand for all users, including by the customisation of computing devices.  It is recognised that not just disabled people are affected by issues of accessibility.  The JENOA Website webpages intend to be clear with easy to follow content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Using the JENOA Website<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The JENOA Website has been developed to be fully html 5 compliant with all titles, links, and other text content fully compliant.  This allows all text readable by text readers and fonts adjustable by html 5 compliant browsers.  The JENOA Website is responsive to both form factor and font sizing changes assuming reasonable usage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The JENOA Website includes the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>a site map.<\/li><li>contact details for JENOA Limited.<\/li><li>contact details to provide feedback regarding improving the accessibility of the JENOA Website.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Customer Involvement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Company welcomes the feedback of users of the JENOA Website with special needs.
